Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we handle shipping and order processing at Vitessa. Please read it carefully after placing your order.

Shipping & processing

  • Orders are shipped from within the United States.
  • We ship to U.S. addresses only.
  • Order cut-off time: 11:59 AM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, or during the weekend, will be processed the following business day (Monday for weekend orders).
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Shipping cost: Free on all orders.
  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please provide an accurate email address at checkout — while creating an account isn't required, it makes tracking easier.

If an incorrect or invalid email address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering tracking information. Please double-check your email before placing your order.

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to appear after shipment. In rare cases, tracking may not update even though the package is on its way to you. If you have concerns, contact the carrier directly first; if the issue persists, reach out to us.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel, email us at hi@vitessa.co as soon as possible.

We work with a fully automated fulfillment system, so orders are processed quickly after being placed. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Please note: If you submit a cancellation request within the 12-hour window but the order has already been processed before we can respond, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Change of address or phone number

If you need to update the shipping address or phone number on your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes. In that case, you can request a return and place a new order.
