2-year limited warranty

Every Vitessa pillow comes with a 2-year limited warranty, starting on the delivery date. This warranty is for the original purchaser and applies to pillows purchased from vitessa.co.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including:

  • Foam fill that crumbles, splits or breaks apart.
  • Seams that come apart or zippers that fail.
  • Cover fabric that tears or wears through under normal use.
  • Manufacturing defects present at delivery.

What is not covered

  • Normal softening, settling or gradual loss of loft that comes with regular use.
  • Personal comfort preference (the pillow is too firm, too soft, too high or too low). Comfort issues are covered by our 30-day trial, not by the warranty.
  • Stains, discoloration, odors, burns or damage caused by liquids, pets, washing the foam or improper care.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations or use other than as a bed pillow.
  • Pillows purchased second-hand or from any seller other than vitessa.co.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email hi@vitessa.co with your order number, a description of the defect and clear photos or a video showing the issue.
  2. We review your claim within 5 business days and may ask for additional photos. In some cases we may ask you to return the pillow for inspection; if we do, we cover the return shipping for approved claims.
  3. If the claim is approved, we replace the defective pillow or component free of charge. If the same product is no longer available, we replace it with a comparable product of equal or greater value.

Replacement pillows are covered for the remainder of the original 2-year warranty period.

Care instructions

To keep your warranty valid, follow the care instructions supplied with your pillow. Only the removable cover is washable. Do not wash, soak or tumble-dry the foam fill.
